RETURN POLICY
The espiritobird.com accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

CHECK THE INFORMATION BELOW:

Like any store, espiritobird.com do not accept returns of items that have been opened, used or are unlabeled. We advise customers to follow the instructions below to receive a product:


• Check the product carefully upon receipt, before removing any label and discard the original packaging.
• If any item is unlabeled, the customer should contact by e-mail info@espirito.com the same day, if you want to make a return;
• All items must be returned in its original packaging
• If you received the wrong item or if the product is defective you can return it following the standard procedure for all returns. During the process, espiritobird.com will contact you to learn the reason for his return. If you have questions, please contact us through the 'Help & Contact'.

This return policy does not affect the rights provided by law.



HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in perfect condition and in its original packaging, within 14 days of its receipt. The refund value of the goods will be done using the same method of payment chosen in the buying process and may take up to 14 working days to be processed by your bank or payment provider. If you prefer, you may be generated a credit to the amount of the returned product to be used in a next purchase.
To make a return, follow the instructions below:
•See"Place Order Return" and fill out the electronic form;
• Print the form and place it in the box(s) item(s) is(are) returned;
• Contact info@espiritobird.com via email to request their return. Once approved, you should go to a post office and send the item (s) to the address on the form. Once upload is complete, submit proof of payment of the post along with your bank details, social security number and full name for the email info@espiritobird.com. You will be refunded this amount spent within 3 working days after receipt of the return;
• Make sure that the packet has the address filled in correctly, clearly written and tightly sealed.
